Member since: Fall 2009 Position in ΣΛΓ: Alumna University: Waterloo Program/Major: Accounting and Financial Management (Co-op) Year Graduated: 2014 Reasons for joining ΣΛΓ: I joined SLG to make new friendships and everlasting bonds that will make university life much more enjoyable. Right from the start, I loved everything that SLG stood for- integrity, diversity, academics, social interaction, and community involvement; it’s great to have a bunch of sisters who also believe in these principles and support me all the way with my endeavors to fulfill these principles. And of course, I joined to have fun- SLG didn’t disappoint! Impact of ΣΛΓ: I joined SLG in my first year. Not only did I gain a group of friends whom I am still close to, I am always proud to see new classes being initiated and the current sisters’ philanthropic and social activities.
